I started Ro in February 2026 with much hesitation, fearing side effects of a GLP1. My ONLY regret is that I didn't pursue this sooner. I am perimenopausal and have been struggling with my weight. Ro has been so supportive. The process has been smooth. They obtained a prior authorization for my branded Zepbound very easily with my insurance company. I have had some mild side effects throughout this process and have received very quick responses from Healthcare Professionals with great advice. I can't say enough great things about Ro. I tell everyone I know (especially those who tell me how great and healthy I look) to try Ro. They won't regret it!

Just be upfront about your pricing. Paying for the medication and then for a "membership" thay cost more is crazy. Yeah I got the first month at an ok cost, then the 2nd month was 3xs more.... like come on guys, thay makes you look sketchy, not professional

Very quick communication! I did not have to wait days for an answer, unlike the other company I was using. I felt heard in that the care team was genuinely interested in my success.

My shipment is on hold. It says I need to complete a task except there is no task to complete and my shipment is on schedule. This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen.
