Ro's pricing and fee are not clear!
Ro's pricing and fee structure was, in my experience, not clearly disclosed. After completing a lengthy application process, I reviewed the total cost and decided to proceed with my purchase unaware that I would be charged $674 then I get a notification today that I am charged another $888 (I signed up for the 6-month program. So being told I would pay for a 6-month program they just add on 12-months all on their own! I was charged a membership fee that was not prominently communicated during the enrollment process. I believe greater transparency regarding membership fees and billing practices would help customers make more informed decisions and avoid unexpected charges. Please save your money!
