Advertised pricing was $149/month when I signed up. After paying the $40 enrollment fee, I was informed the actual monthly cost would be $299/month. Since that was significantly different from the advertised price, I canceled within about five minutes. The $40 fee was non-refundable. My experience left me feeling misled by the pricing and enrollment process, and I would encourage potential customers to confirm all fees and monthly charges before signing up. They just make it difficult to see the actual price until AFTER they’ve charged you $40.

Im initially rating low because of two things. The first is that going into this program, which I initially learned about on instagram, it came across as if the initial prescription was $149 total, but it turns out that this was just for the prescription itself. Theres another required membership thats around the same price that I would have to pay the next month and it is for features I dont really need. The second is that they are asking for a review from me literally the day after I had paid for the subscription and product. It hasnt even had a chance to make it to me yet, thus I havent had time to experience customer service if things go wrong or right. Its a bit too soon to be asking this of customers. I likely will discontinue my subscription after this month due to the high price of the subscription.
