The initial intake was pretty simple and self-explanatory the appointment part in which the doctor reviewed my information was fairly quick as well as getting the prescription sent in was fairly quick I don't know about the processing time I'm still waiting on that the doctor was understanding and ask questions make me feel as if I could ask her questions if need be my issue and the reason that I did not give five stars is because when I don't have insurance I self pay and when you add the medication plus the membership that's a pretty pricey thing every month so you're looking at over about $300 if you're paying out of pocket that's medication and the monthly membership. And like I said that's only for a month so depending on how long you would need on the program you could be looking at a pretty pricey situation and to maintain your health and live a longer healthier lifestyl I don't feel that should cost you an arm and a leg to maintain a healthy lifestyle I understand that they need paid and I understand medication is expensive but why not charge by the appointment instead of a membership?

Way overpriced for what you get. You want information as you go along. Can't get to messages on the site. Email only or go to automated help (useless) pages. Answers are vague. One Question at a time then referred to automated. Website is not user friendly. Couldn't get back to weekly check in page. Prices are not explained and you can NEVER NEVER speak to a live person. All canned messages. Went to Good rx. Live helpful rep. Resolved all questions! RO only wants your money.

Awful company. Pricing is not clear. I paid the $39 for the first month and was told over and over that this price is all I’ll pay for first month meds. After LITERALLY 5 minutes of paying $39, without warning, they took an additional $299.00 out of my checking. I was never even told that I was approved. (Which I should also mention, my primary doctor called a tirzepatide rx in for me so I didn’t need to pay money for a computer to approve this medication) I was never asked if they could take an additional $299.00 for the actual medication….NOTHING! After you pay the $39 and the $299 for the first month…THATS WHEN YOU ARE INFORMED THAT the medication goes up to $599 a month AND an additional $149 every month to stay in the program. It’s RIDICULOUS. DONT go with this company. The manufacturer Eli-lily is WAY CHEAPER and doesn’t charge you $149 a month for a ripoff “program!” It’s also important to note that they NOT refund any money they took. Under no circumstances will they make an exception. Once your banking info is in…they have free rein of you money. And it’s extremely difficult to cancel your membership. I tried for about 10 min to cancel mine before they took more money out….they make it so their website takes you in dead end circles so you CANT cancel. You can’t click on a simple “cancel my membership button!” It’s awful.

They didn’t listen to my health concerns and gave me the wrong dosage even though I clearly expressed that to them. They also overcharged me and billed be after I canceled. There are many other providers out there that listen to your concerns and don’t over price their They disregarded my health concerns and administered the incorrect dosage, despite my clear communication. Additionally, they overcharged me and billed me even after I canceled. There are numerous other providers who prioritize patient concerns and offer competitive pricing. I should have conducted more thorough research before enrolling with Ro. services. I should have done more research before signing up with Ro.
