Dr. McCartney was very timely in reviewing my record & ordering my zepbound. There were no roadblocks or frustration with the whole experience, much unlike my current insurance experience. Everything was orderly & quick service, Ro kept me updated every step of the way, right up to notifying me of my meds arrival.

I felt like I was all alone on this journey. I thought my plan would’ve been more individualized. I didn’t lose any weight in my first month which was very disappointing. In my opinion, my dose should’ve been increased. Aren’t biometrics important in any weight loss journey? This company only subscribed meds so it’s not worth the monthly fee.
