Really made the process easy, very exciting to start this path. Not sure why I paid 39 and 149 though.

I liked Ro until I realized I was paying nearly 2x what I could pay with other providers for similar options. They do offer multi-month membership options, but they make them incredibly difficult to find. I searched the app multiple times and even contacted support, only to be sent several links that didn’t actually help me access the options I was looking for. Overall, Ro can get very expensive between the membership and medication costs, so I’ve decided to switch providers. I really didn’t want to leave because I otherwise liked the service, but the pricing and lack of transparency around the lower-cost options became too frustrating.

Ease of use and ease of access price was ok but remember to turn of subscription if you don't want them monthly or they'll take the money out automatically to send you more
