Poor experience
The real price is $300, not $149 - I did not appreciate the bait and switch marketing tactics. They really do not give you a consultation. They have you fill out an AI generated survey, and then all of a sudden you start getting AI generated emails supposedly from a doctor saying that you're approved but never give you a consultation. That seems like a big liability to me. They bombard you with emails, you will get so many that it's difficult to understand what to pay attention to - all AI generated. They charged my card, but I am finding it impossible to determine in the app or website what the status of my order is. I don't know if I completed the process and it's being delivered or if there's more that I need to do. Overall a very poor experience.

This includes emails with updates about your treatment plan, your prescription, reminders and other topics. The questionnaires have been designed and updated by our own Ro providers and support teams - all of our Ro practitioners, providers and care teams are all real people, myself included.
