So far, so good! I answered all of the preliminary questions and then the second set of questions last night and I already heard back from the Dr. this morning! I received my approval notice and a note from the Dr. I am now just waiting for my shipment to arrive. The website is super easy to use and easy to understand. Service so far great. Price is a little high, but if this helps me reach my goals, then it will be worth it to me.

Difficult website to submit photos. Spent more than 2 hours because of poorly designed website. The image upload limit are not displayed or that only .JPG file types accepted. A broader accepting and image converter would be better.

Hi Aleck - Thanks for sharing! You can submit multiple photos at a time, PDF, or whatever is needed to [email protected] and reference the email you use with Ro and we can link whatever is needed to your account that way!

It was not made clear that I was being charged $149 for a membership on top of the actual medication cost MONTHLY. Had i know this i wouldnt have gone through with it. But it says membership is non refundable, seems very suspicious that they dont make it clear and then dont offer a refund.

There you'll see we have 2 separate charges: 1. The subscription fee and 2. Your medication price (which varies based on your choice treatment). Hopefully this is helpful!
