Wow. I feel so tricked. I had to “join” the membership only to find out the real “monthly “ price is based on prepayment. I can afford $100-150 a month for meds, but I can’t prepay $1200 to get the “$100” a month. You got me!! I was so excited I didn’t read the fine print. That’s on me. But this is a bait and switch. I am disgusted. You are preying on desperate people, like me. I want my hard earned $39 back. If I had received counseling from a real person instead of a bot, it would be reasonable to pay for that live person’s time. But this is designed to fool people. I want my money back because I didn’t receive any services.

I filled out all the questions after having to pay for a nonrefundable month membership to find out the AI doctor wouldn't offer the medication I am already taking. The only one offered was name brand for triple the price. I had a membership for 15 minutes and no refund.

Were you all aware of the monthly cost of their so called professional services over and above their cost of the semaglutide? You pay $149.00 monthly for professional services or whatever that is, over and above the price of their semaglutide. For six months the cost is $267.00 monthly. That price might've been well for most of you, but I would've liked to have known the costs before I agreed. I've could've compared prices with other providers. Tirzepitide is considered far more effective than semaglutide and RO doesn't offer it. Why is that? They did cancel my account and refunded my money minus the first vial of semaglutide. I still feel they were deceptive.
