I received a candle that arrived damaged. Too close to replace before Christmas. The owner called be and made everything right! Receiving a call was above and beyond what I expected.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. My sister sent me a gift and it was missing a lid. She called to request a return and man... what a nightmare! The company says they have a video of all packaging and that she wasn't telling the truth. After weeks of back and forth, she finally got a refund. I couldn't recommend this company. So many better companies out there.

She sent us photos confirming this, and we also verified it through our packaging video footage. When she stated that you did not want the containers, the items were returned and we issued a full refund upon their arrival. Since you were not the one who placed the order or communicated with us, it’s important to note that you did not personally interact with our customer service team.
