I have made two purchases from Ritani: a simple pearl pendant, and 1 ct. diamond earrings. I have been very happy with both purchases. Initially skeptical of purchasing diamonds online, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ritani again. Excellent customer service, quality products, and fabulous pricing have made me a dedicated customer. Ritani is the ONLY place I would buy diamonds.

Silvia and Sylvana has provided exceptional buying experiences both with my original purchase 4 years ago (engagement and wedding band). They were able to pull the original specs and make a matching anniversary band that looks like it was part of the original set. and they overnight shipped it gratis! Definitely highly recommend.

The absolute best place to buy a diamond !!! I did so much research both in stores padis, Shane, jewelry exchange ( also great places ) and online. The customer service part and sales reps for Ritani were so damn good. Made sure that I was totally satisfied with everything. The diamond blew away the competition and my wife loves... LOVES it!! Absolutely fantastic customer service and beautiful rings. Buying an engagement ring and subsequently, a matching wedding ring online as an international customer was a little scary but the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Their gemologists are very knowledgeable and helpful. A special mention for Silvia R, who guided me through the process from start to finish. The quality of their rings is top notch, as confirmed by a local gemologist and my wife couldn't be happier with her rings. Delivery was prompt and fully trackable. We highly recommend Ritani.
