Ripple fiber goes in and out…
Ripple fiber goes in and out consistently. Very disappointing! about ready to cancel!!! Kept my Comcast internet in case this happened !!!

The installation team came out and set everything up in the house and ran the line. We were up and running in just a few hours.

asked for service to finish job by…
asked for service to finish job by buring wire for last 2 weeks. Still not done. When called for service reception ship is more interested in getting all my information instead of just addressing the open ticket for service.

With winds and rain
With winds and rain, I haven't had but a minute or 2 of disruption in service. I'm hoping this is the way it will function in hurricane weather. I'm very pleased.

When the internet is working
When the internet is working, it’s great. But for the past six months, the service has gone out every single month — and not just for a couple of hours, but sometimes for an entire day. This has become an ongoing issue, and since I work from home, I’ve missed multiple days of work because of these long outages

Goes down often, not as fast as advertised, poor TS
Very poor experience. Goes down 1-3 days (down right now, tech not coming for 3 days!) every few weeks. I signed up for 2G but it's never faster than 1G. The install left the cable over the lawn/driveway for months. Then, when they came to bury it, the system went down for over a day - I work from home, this is impossible. And the TS is poor. Yesterday (5/10), I spent almost an hour on 2 calls with TS. In both cases, while waiting for >15min on hold while they spoke to scheduling. The call disconnected. I then cancelled my service and resumed with Xfinity (for $35 less!).

Option for zero stars needed
We've had Ripple attempt to install their fibre service to our home twice. Neither attempt has gotten an internet connection (connection with no internet). On the second attempt they left the cable lying on top of the ground. The occured over a 6 week timeframe and at this point they are no longer communicating, or attempting to correct their installation. These guys don't deserve 1 star, but that's not an option.

Ripple is destroying front yards
This company is ripping up our front yard. Large 3x5x3 holes. Ripple employees are digging directly over main water line and along DUKE power lines.

Hi there, Andrew. Our crews work within a utility right-of-way easement, which is a designated portion of land where essential services like water, electric, and fiber are installed and maintained. While it may appear to be part of a private yard, these areas are set aside so infrastructure can be safely accessed and upgraded. Before any digging begins, existing utilities such as water lines and electric lines are professionally located and marked. Our crews follow strict safety guidelines when working near those lines, even when work must occur directly above or alongside them, since many utilities share the same easement space.
