I am not a customer. All they stated is they needed to lay some fiber and shame on me for not asking for questions. They annihilated my back yard and left everything there. I should have refused to have them dig but I had assumed I needed to. I have a huge hole, fiber cables, a shovel and a screwed up yard because of them. I am pissed beyond belief and I don't even use their services.

We’ve only had Ripple Fiber for four months and I’m already canceling. Today is the fourth day this month that we’ve gone over six hours without service. Each time they apologize but cannot give you a reason why or when service will be restored. Three out of four days were work days, and have cost me a fortune because I’m offline during business hours. I told them I was thinking about canceling and they did not even try to keep us as customers. So now I’m trying to cancel but I am waiting for someone to call back and confirm. I missed her callback because I’m in an area with poor phone service without WiFi, and now I cannot get ahold of her and no one else is allowed to help. Do not get this service.

This is a horrible service provider and I would advise everyone to avoid at all costs. If they are the only provider in your area I feel sorry for you as they do not care about their customers nor the reliability of the service they "provide". I have experienced multiple network outages in the past couple of weeks. I understand that things happen and outages are sometimes a thing. However, their communication to their customers that an outage is happening and they are aware of it is atrocious to say the least. They say you will get an email or a text, but that never happens and you end up having to call in to see if there is an estimated time of restoration and there never is. The field communicates to no one and customers just sit there wondering when the moment will come they have services again. As a remote worker this is extremely frustrating and is impacting my job. I am in a call queue dealing with device turn ups utilizing a web based service and I will get disconnected from a technician in the middle of the work causing hours of frustration for me and the technician I am working with. Plus the last time an outage happened I was told it would be credited to my account and I knew that would not happen as I am a flat rate customer. I told the "customer service representative" this and she flat out lied to me. Avoid this company.

Was so excited to find out that Ripple fiber was available in our neighborhood. Friends up the block had theirs put in and they were truly happy. So we called, lady on the phone scheduled our technician to come. My husband asked specifically if we did get service in our culdesac and to have the technician test area before installing. The day came, the technician showed up and AFTER he put a hole in my siding and in my house to run the wire, he said there was NO SIGNAL AND LEFT. I asked him what do we do now and he just shrugged and told me to call customer service. Thanks alot Ripple!

damaged lawn installed a service box above the lawn. i do not want or have their service and after this.

When encounter the outage, no any updates from Ripple fiber, and for over 8 hours, there's no any communications or updates of the status. Terrible services.

Have had over 15 outages just in the month of August. With no explanation. Just not reliable actually less reliable than the service I got rid of.

I've been waiting over a month to get my cable buried.
