Disappointed that they was only one extra HDMI plug in the back because of my house being hardwired distance is not very far for the Wi-Fi but overall better than WoW

So Far everything has worked the way it has been presented to me. I did have an issue with having my line buried in the yard. It took about 2 weeks to get the yard done. But everyone was very helpful getting it done. But it did take about two weeks

Service has been great when needed. Staff is excellent and very professional.

The only problem with this company is that they still haven't expanded in my neighborhood and have been waiting so long! the service is amazing and fast and better than the other 100$+ competitor i wonder when will there be 5 gig and beyond!

The in-home install was amazingly complete and thorough. I've had Ripple for about 6 weeks and have had only one outage and that was planned, communicated ahead of time. So far, the speeds have been at the price that I'm paying (something that NEVER happened with my previous ISP) My only negative issue is I've not been able to get logged into their android mobile app/page. The mobile support team hasn't been able to figure it out but I still can access the web page.
