I have read some bad reviews from initial areas here in NC. So far, the install was fast, installers courteous and professional. We had Spectrum before we dropped it, and still get outage notices. We had a storm the other night and Spectrum went down for about 18 hours. Not even a hiccup with Ripple Fiber. Love the Wifi speed. I give Ripple Fiber a thumbs up after being screwed by Spectrum for 30 years. Update: We had our first Ripple outage. Warning. Ripple doesn't work on weekends. Thankfully there is the cell backup they provide. Wondered why they did that. Now I know. They have no service techs to get you through weekends and holidays.

Service went out. Was given 3 different times that a technician was on their way and took over 24hrs. They are quick to cut service if payment does not go through but when it’s their fault, you hear crickets and no response.

Only problem I have had here in Michgan is I been a customer 5 months n have had many outages n the line is still not buried other then that the speed is great n the customer service is great i have never waited longer then 15 minutes

Love the speed and the fact that service is reliable. However, we've been customers for over 8 months and the cable still hasn't been buried. This is especially concerning because part of it is on our neighbor's yard AND we have an ice storm predicted for this weekend.
