Right Stuf AnimeReviews of rightstufanime.com

I have been a customer for nearly a decade now. Rightstuf has always taken great care of me, and even when there are issues their customer service department is always helpful. They package the items with care and you’ll never find that your books shipped in an envelope like the other big retailers. Website needs some work but other than that I highly recommend it for Anime and Manga fans!

Stuff takes a long time to come in stock because of the pandemic right now but when it does they ship it out immediately and the packaging is always amazing for keeping the books safe. You get dents and folded pages here and there which is usually the fault of the shipping company and not rightstuf. Overall I have bought about 100 volumes of manga and light novels from rightstuf and they're always in good condition, I trust them and would recommend them.

This is the first place I’ve ever bought manga and LNs and so far it’ll be the only. Not only are prices significantly cheaper than most places, but the customer support and the entire site is just phenomenal. With the Christmas season, shipping may be slow and items may be out of stock, but they honor the price you bought the items at (unlike other sites where they’d cancel the order and then fight you if you disputed it). If you’re hesitant, don’t be; you won’t have any issue with Rightstufanime.

Right stuf is my go to for pretty much anything anime related and they’ve yet to let me down yet. Awesome site, awesome prices and promotional sales, and the few times I’ve had issues or questions about an order, their customer service team is always a huge help. Being a Got anime member also has its perks, with exclusive prices and early access to future promotional sales. I trust Right Stuf to come through for me time and time again, and I don’t expect that to change anytime soon!

I've been shopping on rightstufanime.com since 2015. They have the best packaging I've ever seen. They also have amazing sales with prices that seriously can't be beat. I've never received a damaged item. The one time out of 5 years I did have an issue customer service was great! They were very friendly and professional. I get all of my anime and manga from rightstuf and look forward to their sales every year.

I am a huge anime fan and when I learned about Right Stuf Anime I knew this was perfect for any fan of anime, manga and the like. In 2020 over 95% of my anime purchases came from Right Stuf. I found new stories and shows I never knew about and have saved money as well. Every manga I have purchased from them I got cheaper than I went on Amazon. I do not regret buying from this website.

I have been using Rightstuf frequently during the past six months, and have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Any issues that needed customer service were dealt with successfully. It also has the best prices, sales, and packaging out of the sites I frequently buy from. It is important to note that even in the midst of a pandemic they still have been shipping out packages quickly. I am very grateful for the effort the staff puts in in order to fulfill orders during this time. I will certainly keep using Rightstuf in the future for my purchases.

Every order I've ever bought from Right Stuf has been packaged with the utmost care and consideration. Not once have I received a bent book or dented Blu-Ray cover. Shipping is always fast and customer service is extremely helpful and friendly! It's my go-to shop for manga especially. Every time I order manga from somewhere else, it's always bent or even torn. Manga ordered from Right Stuf is always in perfect condition thanks to how they ship them! I would highly recommend Right Stuf for your anime and manga needs!
