Good product, great customer service, I would recommend buying from them.

Products are great quality and customer support is even better. Had a minor issue with shipping but they went above and beyond to make it right as quickly as possible. That’s more important to me than getting everything perfect the first time.

I’ve used their retractable straps for a few years now and honestly they work. They work well at that! Used the 1 in and the 2in variants and they are good. Even when I had issues with them; rhino USA swapped them out and got me back to hauling and strapping down quick. I appreciate them for being easy to work with and lifetime warranty meant lifetime warranty. No hoops to jump through

I contacted Rhino regarding 2 retractable straps we had purchased a few years ago. The straps stopped retracting. The company promptly replied that they were sending me 2 new straps. Excellent customer service!!

Quality products and AMAZING customer service! I had an issue with one of my ratchet straps and they sent me out a replacement. I submitted the warranty claim on their site and they responded within just a couple of hours. Love this company all the way around!
