I have purchased several items from Rhino USA. A year ago, I purchased a set of 4-2" retractable ratchet straps and after a year one of the rewind springs broke and another was struggling to pull in the strap. I went online to file a warranty claim, shot a short video of the problem and submitted it for warranty. Within one week I had a set of 4 new ones delivered to my home. GREAT customer service.

Quick warranty service on an almost two year old product. Make sure you save your order number somewhere because they do ask for that. I had that info from Amazon and the warranty was covered super fast and easy!!

Love the straps, especially the retractable feature. Had an issue with one of the straps that were in Oct. Of 2025. Filled out an easy form on a Sunday, and the new strap was in the mail Tuesday. Great customer service
