They lived up to their word, strap broke hauling a jon boat and drug the roadway and with just a simple picture and no questions asked have a replacement on the way in a matter of an hour! Top tier customer service! The warranty is no joke!

The retractable straps are great! They make using straps easy. The straps not tangling because they retract is a game changer. And the easy storage is the icing on the top.

I’ve been using rhino gear for 2 years now and never have they failed me … I’ve had gear damaged and replaced within a week of filing a claim … no questions asked … I’ve read all these 1 star reviews and they all seem fake to me … RHINOUSA for me all the way

I had a 1inch ratchet strap fail to retract the strap anymore. I got it as a gift a few years ago and was worried about how to warranty replacement would go but it went smooth as silk. Within 30 minutes of submitting the claim and explaining what happened to the ratchet strap I got a email saying my claim was accepted and on it way. Great customer service.
