They are scamming. I placed an order and they took the money. A week later they are asking for my personal ID with my personal information on it. No company needs an ID for a product bought online let alone through email. Something doesn’t add up

I purchased a bundled package from this company. I have not received any of the order. I have talked to them through emails several times and was told that people who buy bundles are put behind people who pay full price. It’s been exactly a month since I paid over $100 and haven’t received anything. When I asked for a resolution I always got the same automated response from Mel (guess a 🤖), who said they understood my frustration and my order is now ready for shipment. I’ve been told this ten times over the past month. This is clearly a scam. Don’t even consider buying from them. Be careful.

I had a very negative experience with this company. I have been a long time chronic pain sufferer and was very excited for this product. I ordered the product on their website and was awaiting it. About a week later, I realized I missed an email stating that I had been selected for a random security check and they were requiring me to send a picture of my identification before they would send me the product. There is under no circumstance that I would feel comfortable sending my personal information to strangers on the internet and I explained that to them. There are scams all over the place and I would think they would be sensitive to someone's decision to not send their picture and personal information to them. They were unyielding in their request and my only option was to cancel my order and I could not get their product. Here I am now with continued chronic pain. I have never had anything like this happen to me before with an online order and I would urge them to reconsider demanding something like this, as its not unreasonable to not want to provide such information. The whole thing was very bizarre.

STAY AWAY!!!! Do not order from this company. The customer service is terrible, the shipping takes up the months, and they have a return policy that essentially allows them to tell you get screwed. They don't allow you to cancel orders either. I went as far as reporting them as a scam to my bank. Stay away from companies that treat consumers like this. It's corporations like this that need to go.
