Not a fan of deceptive practices. I ordered these because it offered a risk-free purchase. I did not read the fine print which puts strict limitations on what can be returned. The only items that can be returned are unopened, damaged items. So if you get these and don’t like something about them, you are SOL. Also, I was a little concerned about the giant size of these cups, but since the company offers a kit with smaller sized cups (note the use of plural CUPS), I figured I could make them work. However, after my purchase, when I was ready to order the kit of smaller tubes/cups, I realized that only one cup in the kit is a small smaller size. The other tube in the kit is the same standard size. The company only has one smaller size tube and it is marginally smaller than the huge cup that comes with the kit. There are no other sizes (plural), yet, they clearly intend to convey there are multiple smaller sizes available in their advertisements. What a disappointment! I am currently in 5+ day waiting game with their management team to see if I will be approved for the return of my risk-free purchase. What a hassle!

Buyer beware. I placed my order on May 12, and it shipped on May 16. The tracking has shown no movement since May 26, and I still have not received my order. I've contacted customer service multiple times over the past several weeks, but I continue to receive the same generic response that the package is "in transit." Instead of offering a solution or a refund for an item I never received, I was offered only a 5% refund. At this point, I have requested a full refund. I hope Revomadic will step in and make this right.

Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai acheté un produit à 177,49 € que je n'ai jamais ouvert ni utilisé. Avant même sa livraison, j'avais informé le service client de mon intention de le retourner qu'il ont acceptés. Puis À leur demande, j'ai envoyé des photos prouvant que l'emballage d'origine était intact et que le produit était toujours neuf. Malgré cela, ma demande de retour a été refusée au motif que l'article était en promotion et qu'il s'agissait d'une « vente finale ». Le problème est qu'au moment de l'achat, cette information n'était indiquée ni sur la fiche produit, ni lors du processus de commande, ni au moment du paiement. Ce n'est qu'après coup que l'on me renvoie vers une clause de la politique de remboursement. Le service client est resté poli, mais la solution proposée est un remboursement de seulement 20 % sans possibilité de retourner un produit pourtant neuf et jamais ouvert. Je laisse chacun se faire son opinion, mais je recommande de lire très attentivement les conditions de vente avant d'acheter, en particulier si votre article bénéficie d'une promotion.

2 different units and both failed, lost suction power.

I bought a promo pack of three units optimistic that the therapy would help my tennis elbow. I quickly realized that this part of my body didn’t have enough flat skin surface to allow the unit to seal. I emailed the company to explain and got a quick response that reiterated their return policy…meaning that returns were only allowed for defective products. In my case, it was an expensive lesson that I shouldn’t have assumed that they had a customer satisfaction guarantee. By the way, one of the units is defective but not worth the return shipping cost and time to return…

UK based customer. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. I needed these products for an up coming event. Obviously they didn't arrive in time. Guess what they still haven't arrived or even been shipped yet. I was also told by customer service via email that once the order has been made no refund can be given after asking for a refund as I no longer need the products. What a joke! Would love to be able to tell you if the product is any good.

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a cupping bundle over a week ago and it still has not been shipped. Several emails back and forth - still not shipped and no clear date when the order will be sent. I have asked to cancel the order, but they refuse to do so, as my order is in "the final stages of fulfilment". This is clearly a reseller who has run out of stock and taking orders with no intention of meeting their "typical 1-2 days" to dispatch a simple order. Save yourself the hassles and shop elsewhere.
