Love this brand - great products and great customer service.

I love the face genie! Shipping was fast and it's packaged really well. It's easy to use and the device is good quality.

I would give them -10 if that was an option. Don't waste your time and $$. They don't have the product in stock. I placed an order 4 weeks ago, and it's still not shipped. Everytime I contacted them, I was told they are on back order (if that's the case, they should disclose it on the order page). Worst of all, they don't allow you cancel the order. Based on my experience, they are doing drop shipping, meaning they don't carry the item. Everytime an order was received, they would forward to the manufacturer (mostly in china or other countries). International shipping by air is expensive, so most likely they group all the orders together and ship them by sea. The problem is that shipping alone takes weeks to get to the US. Again, if they had disclosed the time frame it would then it would be fine. Let the customers decide if that's acceptable. However, this company is doing everything they can to hide it and try to keep all the orders. This practice should not be legal.

Truly, an amazing device I have me and all my friends on it. The red light therapy is amazing and also has green and blue light as well. The lymphatic drainage affect is also very nice and the red light therapy helps me sleep at night.

1 star is a very generous rating for Revomadic. I ordered a revo smart cupping device on 1/1/26 and did not get it until 2/2/26. In addition to the very long wait for my order, the device I received does not work. It does not provide any suction even at the highest setting. The customer service for this company is the worst I have ever encountered. They do not respond to my questions regardless of the mode of contact (email, text or phone). I will have to dispute the charge from this company if I don’t get a resolution by 2/9/26.

I love the Revomadic Face Genie and collagen gel. My skin feels like it's been at the spa and feel rejuvenated after the green & blue light settings. I also like the red light setting for fine lines. I've seen a more dewy and youthful glow in my skin after using it consistently for about 1 week. I also like the Revomadic massage gun because it's great for travel!

Great product! Nice for anti aging

The Face Genie is an affordable way to take care of your skin in your home which is very affordable. My Face Genie also came quickly and when I get get to the spa this is great way to give myself a facial and practice self care.
