I’ve used it for about a month and I love that it has a little bit of heat or warm to rather to help my products penetrate better in my skin. The fact that it’s portable and if used properly the massage is good for lymphatic draining so I would purchase for friends and family as well.

I have been having a great experience using my Revo Face Genie daily. It has become my favorite part of my skincare routine. It helps tighten my skin and give me that glowy look!

Like most others here, I ordered mid-December and never got my order, despite reaching out multiple times. I finally did a chargeback with my credit card, and that finally prompted them to ship the item, albeit 40 DAYS after original order. They also charged my card AGAIN without authorization. So will be reporting to BBB and charging back on card again. AVOID THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!

I am filing this complaint regarding my experience with REVOMADIC after purchasing one of their products during a Black Friday promotion. After receiving the product, it was immediately clear that the item was defective and did not function as advertised. On January 2, I emailed REVOMADIC to ask how to begin the refund process. I received only an automated response. On January 8, I followed up requesting an update and again received only an automated reply. As of February 3, I had received no refund instructions, no meaningful response, and no resolution. I then attempted to contact the company by phone. The first phone number provided resulted in a constant busy signal. Using a second number, I eventually reached a customer service representative who stated that refunds were not available, despite the product being defective. When I asked for clarification and next steps, the representative hung up on me. I also attempted to resolve the issue through REVOMADIC’s website chat. On February 2, I was told to provide confirmation that the item had been returned along with a tracking number. This is not possible, as REVOMADIC has never provided a return address or any return instructions despite repeated requests. Because REVOMADIC has failed to provide a legitimate refund process for a defective product and has made resolution impossible, I am proceeding with a chargeback through my credit card company and submitting this complaint to document these practices.
