The 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. This is an awful company to do business with. They may have a good product, but the company and their customer service is the worst. Check BBB. You will see they have an abysmal rating and don’t respond to complaints. I also had to do a charge back with my bank after three months of the run around.

I had a great experience with this product. I ordered it on Amazon and received it within two days, which was faster than I expected. The packaging was secure and the device arrived in perfect condition. After using it, I can say that it works very well. The suction is strong and the red light therapy feature makes the treatment feel relaxing while helping with muscle tension and circulation. It’s also very easy to use and the quality of the device feels solid and well-made. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Fast delivery, good quality, and effective results. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient cupping therapy device at home

Worst customer service! Place an order and it took several weeks to ship. Shipped incomplete, which at the time of the shipment, they did tell me it would follow a few days later. Another month goes by with no delivery and no shipment information. Upon posting one review, I immediately get emails stating my shipment was delivered. Apparently this company doesn’t understand that multiple shipments require multiple proof of delivery. Be warned, I would not expect customer service from this company.

I have had no issues with this coming, to date! I am currently using the face genie and though I haven’t been using very long but so far, so good! I have no complaints! It’s made to be easy on the hands, for all skin types and the pink color is super cute/pretty! Definitely give it a try! ENJOY!
