I’m updating my earlier review. My return request came in a few days past REVO’s 30-day window, and at first they stuck to their policy. After I followed up, Olivia from Client Relations got back to me and issued a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture. I really appreciate that they took another look and found a way to help, even though they didn’t have to. That kind of flexibility goes a long way and changes my impression of the company. Thank you, REVO!

They work awesome, I have 1 unit that is malfunctioning

This company is great when I got the cupping therapy massager they said if I had any problems I can just send them a email to get it replaced and the shipping was fast I had no problem with it I even got second one and face genie that I used weekly. I love there products worth the price.

Not bad usually more than one needed but delivery took time and sometimes the cup doesn’t stick well

Great product I have 12 cups from this company. However 4 of them stopped the suction, even tho I changed the cup and did the right maintenance steps. They are still turning on but I can’t use them as the suction is not working anymore the other 8 are still functioning but hence I can’t give 5stars as some improvements need to be addressed for this issue.

I ordered the bundle of 3 cuppers and I absolutely love them. I use them on myself (for trigger points in tops of shoulders and low back), my 2 teen athlete sons use them for recovery and muscle tension, and I use them on my clients in my massage therapy business- all with excellent, noticeable results. In one session, you can already experience results. Then subsequent sessions are even more effective. I give 4 stars because I’ve had 2 issues. First, in the beginning, I had trouble with 2 of my cuppers losing suction unexplainably and falling off, though it resolved on its own (still don’t know why). Secondly, I recently had an issue with one cupper losing suction spontaneously, falling to the carpet floor, and breaking apart. But I emailed customer support and within 10 minutes, I received a reply and a replacement was sent right out. Super impressed with prompt customer service!

I have muscle imbalances everywhere due to dystonia. These cuppers are fantastic for tension relief. I use them everyday. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because they seem to wear out within 90 day or so, but I do give them a workout.
