Hi E.B., we truly apologize for the frustration caused by the delivery timeline, but we want to assure you that we have not deceived you in any way. 💙 While we do have a US presence, your order was shipped from our international facility in China , and as our team explained, it was unfortunately delayed by a standard customs inspection upon arrival in the USA. Because we value your experience, we took the extra step of reshipping your order to ensure it reached you, and the tracking information we provided clearly reflects this entire journey and our commitment to getting the product to you. We are sorry the pillow didn't meet your expectations, but please reach out to us at [email protected] so our dedicated team can work with you to find the best possible solution! 📩

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience, Sherry! 🌟 We're so glad to hear that you love your Revoget pillow and that it has made such a remarkable difference for you. It is quite common for customers to need an adaptation period of several weeks to fully experience the benefits of improved spinal alignment and pain relief. We are thrilled that you persisted and now can't imagine a night without it! 😴 If you ever have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Wishing you many more nights of restful, pain-free sleep! ✨
