I worked with attorney Zach Beare who was amazing! He helped me review and negotiate two contracts (3 job offers- did not get to the point of the third contract before signing). He was thorough, very focused on my desires and assertive in negotiating what was important to me. He was almost always available which was unbelievable! I felt very needy during the process, but he always responded quickly to my emails, called for discussions, and even sent template emails that I could send to the practices. Definitely recommend him and Resolve. They also connected me with a Benefits advisor who explained all of the confusing 401K, health/dental insurance information and fine print in the employment package.

I am a surgeon who worked with Bryce Krieger- absolutely fantastic! The Resolve process itself is easy and the money well spent. I had to use Resolve last year and was assigned Bryce. Due to his expertise and demeanor, when I was left in a tough situation this year - I touched base with Bryce and worked with him again, through Resolve! Bryce was prompt, thorough, good natured, and was able to put things into my contract that protected me for the future! Also able to get quality of life things added to my contract (ie work week etc)! If you want contract review- Go with Bryce Krieger and Resolve! A+++ service

It was a pleasure to work with Lauren Kaufman. She was prompt, attentive, and and effective/knowledgeable. She listened to my goals and tailored our negotiations to them. She has a wealth of experience in physician contracts and I trusted her judgement without hesitation. Her work gave me peace of mind that I’m legally protected with a fair agreement. She made sure both parties had equitable standing in ways I would definitely have overlooked on my own.

My attorney Zach Beare was always available to talk. He kept in touch with me throughout my entire contract negotiation process.
