ResolveReviews of resolve.com

Scott Jones was absolutely incredible. The utmost professional who made this process so smooth. He has excellent communication skills that make him and the legal details approachable and understandable. He listened to me and understood my values - which gave me constant reassurance as negotiations were unfolding. Thank you Scott!

I worked with Scott Jones on a contract for my 2nd attending job. The whole process was straightforward and he was exceedingly responsive. He also spent time explaining certain aspects of the contract and answered my questions in great detail which I appreciated. If I find myself needing to negotiate another contract, I hope to work with Scott again. Thank you!

Resolve.com was of tremendous help when it came to securing my first attending job out of residency. Having access to MGMA data as well as their private financial data helped me feel comfortable that I am going to be reimbursed fairly for my work. Additionally, Scott Jones, the attorney that was assigned to my case, was fantastic. He took the time to learn what was most important to me in a job, and he helped guide me through each step of the contract negotiation process. He responded quickly to my emails and was always happy to answer my questions or explain things that I did not understand. While the extra pay that he helped me obtain will more than pay for the cost of the service, I am most happy about the fact that he helped me get to a final physician agreement that seemed more fair to me. I would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for help to negotiate a physician contract, and I plan to use them again in the future should I need to negotiate another contract.

I worked with Mary Merxbauer who helped me navigate the challenge of deciding between two very different offers. She was always professional, prompt, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to make me feel supported and advocated for. I have been convinced of the value Resolve provides in protecting and maximizing my professional arrangements and will be using them for every contract negotiation moving forward.

I worked with Scott Jones who was incredibly helpful navigating me through the process of negotiating my first attending contract out of training. He was knowledgeable, responsive, available, and identified concerns and secured meaningful changes in the employment contract. I highly recommend working with Mr. Jones and Resolve!

Had Resolve review several contracts until I found the right job. My lawyer was Brady. He was helpful all along the way and made critical improvements to the final contract. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Scott on my physician employment contract. He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and very practical throughout the entire negotiation process. He identified several important issues in the agreement that I would not have fully appreciated on my own and clearly explained both the legal implications and the real-world impact of each provision. What I appreciated most was that Scott genuinely advocated for my interests rather than simply reviewing the contract and checking boxes. He was thoughtful about compensation, termination provisions, restrictive covenants, malpractice coverage, partnership opportunities, and other important long-term considerations. Even when negotiations became difficult, Scott remained professional, objective, and focused on protecting my interests. His guidance gave me much more clarity and confidence in making a major career decision. I would highly recommend Scott to any physician looking for an experienced attorney to review or negotiate an employment agreement.

Zach Beare was very thorough and communicative throughout the process. He was open and honest when he had to research a state specific concern regarding non-compete clauses and portions of my existing contract that were negotiable vs non-negotiable and not worth the fight for lack of a better term. I do intend to use this service for my next employment contract as this service including my introduction call and then speaking with him as my attorney were all excellent experiences. The cost may seem high for new grads but I would highly suggest utilizing this service prior to signing your first contract as the cost on the back end can be quite high when you got trapped. Better to ensure you sign a good contract instead of digging out of a bad one. His work, advice and separation agreement he drafted as well as the additional time spent with my employers attorney saved me 10s of thousands of dollars on leaving before the contracts expiration date.
