I had a good experience working with Kyle from resolve! Was able to promptly review my contract and address all areas where I was concerned. It was very helpful for him to provide insight on averages in my area for starting bonus, salary guarantee, etc. Areas for improvement -- would have been helpful to have gone through the contract page-by-page explaining what each part meant so that I could fully understand rather than just focusing on the paragraphs addressing topics I was concerned about (e.g. non-compete, compensation). One other suggestion, would be great for Resolve to come up with standardized email templates to help me professionally negotiate and correspond with the HR and legal departments at a future employer. I spent quite a bit of time on google to make sure my emails were professional and appropriate.

This company is pretty useful in case you have unregulated questions with your employer concerning legal industry. I have no idea what how to regulate theswe questions, so I decided to ssearch for a proper legal company, where managers could help to resolve these issues. So, O chose Resolve and remained very delighted by the fact of communicating with it. The staff is pretty responsive and reliable, because they helped me to regulated all the questions with my employer. I wish I would apply here once again if such kinds of questions will be raised.

Very impressed with the services provided by Mr. Claussen and the team. Had a bit of an issue finding the package I needed but once we settled on it, it was smooth and very professional services from there with prompt responses and feedback.

I had a good experience. It took over a week to get an appointment to speak with the lawyer for contract review, but other than that it went smoothly. I was lucky that my negotiation was simple and there was not any back and forth, but I'm sure my attorney with Resolve would have happily helped more. As it is, he helped me get a higher sign on bonus and make several alterations to the contract!

I am a 3rd year resident, so this negotiation process is new territory for me. It was very helpful having the lawyer with Resolve work with me through the negotiation process. It made the process less stressful having someone who had experience explain the implication of the terms of my contract and negotiate on my behalf.
