Zach Beare's help during my contract negotiation was invaluable. He was efficient, thorough, and helped in communication with my employer. When something came up a month after the contract negotiation was complete, he jumped right back in without hesitation. I am very grateful for his help.

This is my second time using a lawyer for contract review and first with Resolve. I learned SO much more from this experience than I did the first time around! Zach was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He was easy to get ahold of and extremely quick in his turn around regarding my contract and any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them and if I need these services in the future, I will be using Resolve (and hopefully Zach) again.

I worked with Zach Beare and had a great experience. The extra insight and peace of mind of understanding the contract fully is well worth the money. Luckily, the cost of the service paid for itself with contract negotiations. The MGMA data and benefits review is a huge plus and overall it was a very smooth and simple process. I only wish I had known about this service fresh out of residency. To any new grads tight on money or on the fence, I would highly recommend resolve.

When it was time to negotiate, she also made sure to do a great job of adding protections and made sure that I received a fair deal. She is very detail oriented, and I would highly recommend her to any medical professional in need of contract review and/or negotiation.
