Chelsea is fantastic! I had an excellent experience working with Chelsea to review my first physician contract post-residency. She provided clear guidance on the terms of my contract, she was prompt with negotiations and made helpful contract changes to help provide me with better protection when signing the contract. She was able to provide her expertise to compare my contract with other contracts in Anesthesiology both in the state I was signing and across the country. The final version of my contract includes all the components that were important to me and multiple additional changes he recommended which are extremely beneficial and things I would never have appreciated or addressed on my own.
