My lawyer wasn’t proactive and I ended up doing the majority of the negotiations. He would not provide me with information regarding average compensation or insurance policy and I had to look up everything myself. Would not respond or answer calls in a timely manner.

They make it very hard to cancel service and repeatedly bill you without permission.

Honestly will not pay for this service. To be honest I feel robbed… $1,000 that I paid for basically someone to read my contract and recommended a 1 liner change. Paid the standard package plus an extra $200 to also get help with negotiation which was ghosted afterwards. After more than a month still waiting for response from attorney Skyler after 2 emails… $1,000+ that I lost and 99% sure the company will not do any type of refund at least of a percentage for basically nothing or the same information of the $200 package. After this experience will never recommend this service… total waste of money which right now is limited as a medical resident.

Tossers keep sending letters to the wrong address

From my experience it doesn’t worth the money specifically if you choose basic service for $799 it’s just one call and one email and then they keep you stuck. You can’t review changes or give a feedback unless you pay more. I would rather recommend to search for a local lawyer in the area you want to work to get a better service.

It was good to have an attorney tell me what is standard within a contract. There were a few industry standard things I had not seen. Yet, I had to insist that my attorney negotiate for me despite it being part of the paid service. While he listened in regard to what my concerns where, he was ineffective with getting anything changed. Also, I realized through the process that some points were not worth editing in the contract because the university bylaws worked in my favor. It was unnecessary arguing. Ultimately, I was encouraged to hire an attorney to help with negotiations just to end up with no changes to my contract. The experience led to more stress and money wasted. I did not have the time or money to restart my job search and took the job.

Signed up for the $200 subscription. Once placing my specialty saw that almost all the information offered is not available. Ask for immediate cancellation and refund. Was declined.

I'm a PCP. I purchased a contract review plan from Resolve, in part because they are associated with the ACP. Unfortunately due to what I consider minor technicalities they asked that I upgrade from the least expensive to the most expensive product in order to have my contract reviewed. The highest tier plan offered far more than I expected, and my expectations were consistent with the plan I had purchased. Despite several back-and-forths, I did not get the full refund I wanted. I feel that part I was deceived by their website and I expressed this to Resolve. It has yet to be changed several months later. Overall, a very poor experience with this company.
