This was my first experience working with resolve but also my first contract. I was a little disappointed by the process. I was told the attorney would be negotiating with my employer but they did not engage in negotiations and instead I was the one performing all communication with my employer. I’m not sure if I would use resolve again

I regret not specifically asking for Lauren. My colleague had a great experience with her and recommended this service. However, with Zach, I do feel like I had a lawyer who was lazy and did the bare minimum to collect his paycheck. There is not ONE single redlined item that he pointed out that I did not personally negotiated a BETTER situation for. It made me feel like I paid top dollar for nothing. I would not recommend Zach in the future. I do thinkg Lauren may be worth consulting. But that was not the experience I had with Zach. Felt lazy and disconnected to be honest, which is in stark contrast with the reviews I see about Lauren, as well as what my friend had to say. I do feel this company is being carried by Lauren’s reputation after paying top dollar for a low quality service in my opinion. ASK FOR LAUREN

I appreciate the help I received from resolve, but I would expect it to be more personalized. As I am working now, I see there could have been more useful points in the job contract which was untouched: like raise in annual salary, sponsoring green card for visa candidates (this was blunder). They didn't help in negotiation at all. All I got help is preparing CV, job search, although I searched the job on my own at where I signed contract. I still paid then since I has signed to pay them % of my annual salary. I hope that helps.
