Zach was beyond helpful in negotiating with an employer who, during my interview day, flat-out told me that language was "never" changed in their contracts. As a graduating PGY4 w/ limited income, I was on the fence re: whether something like Resolve would be worth it, but I am so glad we decided to go ahead with Resolve. Zach was thorough and thoughtful - ultimately we were able to negotiate for far less restrictive language in many parts of the contract, including changing duties-related language like "as assigned by [employer]" to "as mutually agreed upon by [employee and employer]." I've personally recommended their services to co-residents as well.
