I had a great experience with Bryce reviewing my first physician contract. He was professional, prompt in his correspondence, and gave great insight into the legal aspects of a contract. He also provided invaluable information on how my offer compared to others. Would recommend this service to others.

I worked with Kyle Claussen of Resolve. He was extremely helpful - gave great insight into my situation, heard all of my thoughts. He gave great attention to make sure all of my questions were answered. And he was able to answer them coherently and explain everything very clearly. Kyle Claussen of Resolve has my highest recommendation to anyone.

As a soon-to-be graduating resident physician, I was really looking for support with the negotiation process of my first contract as a practicing physician. Lauren Kaufman was extremely helpful with not only explaining the legal jargon, but also identifying suggested areas of negotiation (based on her expertise) and creating example language for this. Additionally, I believe having her to communicate directly with my future employer was ultimately instrumental in my negotiations process. For instance, they initially said that certain items could not be negotiated, but over the course of our back and forth, there were some things that were changed! I cannot thank Lauren enough for helping me maximize my interests and for advocating on my behalf. I highly recommend her and would gladly work with her again!
