Residence SupplyReviews of residencesupply.com

Revamping our dining space, we wanted a chandelier that mirrored the elegance of upscale restaurants. its intricate design combined with a flattering glow maker every meal feel like a gourmet expreience.

In our studio apartment, space is premium. The pendant lights we installed not only illuminate efficiently but their minimalist design ensures they don't overcrowd the space, blending seamlessly with our decor.

Lamp arrived poorly packed and was damaged. I am trying to send it back for a week now. In order to do that I have to pay $60 handling fee AND I have to send it back on my own account. The lamp was $210,--. Just a big rip-off!!!

Our vintage themed cafe required lighting that transported patrons back in time. The chandeliers we installed, reminiscent of a bygone era, add an authentic touch, making coffee sessions feel nostalgic.

To match our modern loft's aesthetics, we sought lighting that was both edgy and functional. The pendant lights we picked, with their geometric design and ambient glow, capture the essence of urban sophistication.

*BEWARE OF OTHER REVIEWS: HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS AS THEY SEEM FAKE* Honesty, the worst company I have ever had the displeasure in ordering from. They sent me 2 faulty lights. One got lost in the post and the other damaged beyond repair. Their communication is extremely poor; very bad English and they simply go around and around in circles, each time requesting more and more photos. I have now triggered a legal claim as I am fed up of their behaviour and shambles. Avoid at all cost; please do not order from here. Update as of 22/03: Residence Supply have attempted to remove my review as they didn’t like the contents!! Beware.

This company has the worst customer service ever, do not but from this company, They lied on the description and stated the item was wood and it came as metal painted to look like wood, poorly at that. They wanted to make me pay $67.47 to return them. Unbelievable. This company is a complete scam.

When redecorating my boutique, I wanted a chandelier that was both sophisticated and inviting. The piece I found here was the embodiment of that vision. Every client who walks in is instantly drawn to its elegance, setting the perfect ambiance for a shopping experience.
