Scam Alert
This company is a huge dropshipping scam. They act like their products are produced in USA however they sell products directly from aliexpress and other dropshipping adresses with inflated prices to make them look good quality. Most photos are ai created, not even the actual items. You can find most of these products directly from source which will be way cheaper and way better customer service. Currently I am still waiting for an order to arrive after 2 months! 2 months!!!. They created an UPS label just to shut me up, they say item is in customs, what a big lie! It has been more than 1 week since they created a label, customs never take this long. I can not get a refund, I can not do anything, I can`t even return it if I ever receive it, they have crazy predatory terms, never ever trust this company, you can see how many complaints they have on Better Business Bureau. Stay Away!

Hi there, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this delay has caused. We completely understand how concerning it is to wait for an order without seeing new tracking updates, and we regret that this has affected your experience with us. In this case, your order was shipped from one of our overseas warehouses. Once a package has passed local customs clearance, the tracking number will begin showing new updates as it moves through the domestic courier network. We understand that the wait can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience during this process. We have also requested your order number so that we can reach out to you directly and offer compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay. We genuinely want to make this right for you and work toward a resolution that leaves you satisfied. Please share your order details with us so we can review your case further and assist you as quickly as possible. Sincerely, Residence Supply
