Please make sure you don’t not book through this company. The initial experience was good. The gentleman on the phone was kind, helpful and super professional. He rebooked my hotel in Las Vegas from the Galaxy to Circus Circus and told me I could expect a refund in 3-4 business days and I was the transferred to customer support. This man’s name is Ron. He plays a lot of games asking for your confirmation number and then your name and dates and then hangs up on you. I was hung up on 6 Times by Ron. I started becoming super worried because not only was I told I would get a refund but i also was told by Hotel Galaxy I could get a refund. I explained my reasoning each time and was hung up on. I then requested Ron’s supervisor who was helpful and professional but still could not get me a refund or credit the money I paid towards my new booking. I feel very upset and scammed and I am not out around $500. It’s heartbreaking and frustrating. Please do not book through this company.

Horrible! They robbed us for an extra room at a hotel we didn't book. And while I'm at it the hard rock hotel in Atlantic city sucks and should be reported themselves.

Same my son tried to check in with fully paid reservation at the Hilton double tree Ft Lauderdale and the hotel people demanded payment in full again. So he was stuck without a place to stay unless he paid the full stay again which he did. Essentially they keep the reservation for you but don’t let u check in without a double payment. The number listed for reservation stays is a recording then it rings and rings with no answer regardless of which option you select. We are disputing the charges with the dot com and I have reported the fraud through a Hilton fraud hotline

i made a reservation at bally's hotel . when i called i asked if this was bally's the agent said yes so i made reservation. I called hotel to cancel the hotel told me they couldnt because it was made through expedia. I never made a reservation with expedia. I called for two days to cancel. My mom was in hospice. I checked me email at the bottom it says reservation stay. I called number and explained i have been calling for two days to cancel that the hotel couldnt. The agent was rude and said i couldnt cancel the deadline was the day before. I asked to speak with a supervisor he told me there was anyone available. his answer was final , i hung up and called my credit card company to settle dispute. Im still in dispute i have to go to bbb. DONT BOOK WITH THEM STAY AWAY!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY - through Hotels.com Total scam to get your credit card number. I got redirected to them from Hotels.com after clicking on a hotel to make a reservation. When completing the reservation, it said I would recieve an email confirmation. I never did. I called Orlando hotel right away and the hotel had no reservation. I called them again and asked for a confirmation e mail. The entire reservation was not at all accurate and listed it as a Common Room? I tried to flat out canceled this reservation but was dropped off site. I was able to call my credit card company and cancel my card right away and they had a pending charge in which I am disputing. This sight should be shut down immediately and reported.

Terrible company. 0 customer service. Had to cancel entire trip due to Covid and nobody to talk to about a refund or even partial refund.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. What a rip off. I've NEVER been charged in full.upfront for a future reserved hotel room. On my way to the airport, my flight was cancelled due to a big snowstorm coming. I immediately contacted the hotel, they canceled but told me to contact 3rd party. I did and they are still.charging me for one night. How am I being screwed. All flights were canceled!!! Never again.when booking, with hotels.com, I did not know I was actually booking through a 3rd Party (reservationstay.com). Never again!!

Total scam to get your credit card number. I got their phone number from a hotels website. It said call this number for reservation. I called and booked a hotel . They said I would recieve an email confirmation . I did not. I checked with the hotel, no reservation. I called them again and asked for a confirmation e mail. The entire reservation was not at all accurate. Dates were wrong . Dollar amounts wrong. I flat out canceled this reservation. I was told I would immediately recieve a cancellation e mail.Never got one. I was able to call my credit card company and cancel my card before they were able to charge me. This sight should be shut down.
