SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PRETEND THEY ARE WITH THE HOTEL, BUT THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY AND CHARGE EXTRA FEES THE HOTEL DOESN'T CHARGE. I would not even give them a 1 if it would let me. Same as everyone else. Acted like they were with the actual hotel and I made reservations for $201. I finally realized that I hadn't spoken to the actual hotel. I called the hotel and my reservation was in their system, Thank God, but I should have only been charged $155 per the front desk. I called reservationstays.com and when trying to get to someone to help using the correct prompts for reaching a rep about the already made reservation, it kept hanging up on me saying no Reps were available. I finally used the make a reservation prompt and was immediately connected to a Rep, (how odd that new booking Reps are available). I was told about the No Refund Policy but advised that I was never told that I was making a reservation with a third party company. The rep offered to call the hotel and ask for a cancellation and she would refund all the money I paid, if the hotel agreed to cancel. But then she advised that there would still be a $30 charge for processing. I told her to just leave it as is, because either way they are stealing my money. I wish there was a way to let everyone know about the company before they even call them. I got the number off of the hotel's website, as far as I knew and it was not made clear that this was a third party. I even asked the man that took the reservation, if he was with the actual hotel and he blantly lied to me and said yes he was. This is criminal activity and should be prosecutable by law.

If I could rate them below a 1, I would. I should have looked at reviews before booking but it was 11:00 at night after a snowstorm and needed to get my daughter off the roads on her way back to school. I booked a room and got the confirmation and when my daughter got to the hotel they said they had been sold out for hours and that they could see her reservation but had no rooms to give her. They also said there was one room that they could not get into and that the booking may have though that was available. Annoying but okay, mistakes happen. We found her another hotel NOT using reservation stays. I contact them the next morning to make sure they did not charge my card and got no response. I saw it go through today and contacted them again letting them know I would do a chargeback if I didn’t have a refund in 24 hours. I got a response that they will look into it. Shortly later they tell me my request was denied because of their no refund for cancellations. I again tell them I did not cancel and they couldn’t provide me with a room only to be told the same thing. So now I get to waste more time issuing a chargeback. Use another booking site, don’t waste your time and energy with this one.

Same as all the other reviews: a very clever total scam. They are "ghosting" legit websites (maybe some hotels' admin might even be in on it, as the hotel leaders seem to act oblivious when made aware of this scam concerning their own hotel. Provide a FALSE e-mail confirmation, after charging a bogus transaction. These scammers have it well-figured out.

My experience is the same as everyone else here. Was on the actual website then without realizing, somehow booked through this scam site. Called the hotel and no reservation.

Somehow when looking up a hotel you are lead to these crooks. I scheduled with them and paid. The hotel never got the reservation. I kept calling and was constantly reassured that closer to the date of arrival the reservation would be there. The day came and no room. Thankfully I found something else. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAM!!

Complete scam, email them and they reply from different email addresses. No phone number to call. Website when booking a hotel looks like the brands, but they are not associated. They just pull you through an affiliate then disappear when you need to change something. Not even the affiliate could help after booking, lost $900 on this.

I booked at a hotel in New York (Pod Times Square) via Reeservationstays, and when I got to the hotel, no reservation. Luckily, they had a room. Unluckily, it was 25% higher than what I had paid reservationstays. Now working on getting reservationstays to call me back and resolve this

reservationstays.com I made a reservation for Mount Vernon Missouri. When I saw the reservation to Illinois on my email, I told the person on the phone that I didn't requested this hotel. He said that he can' fix it and transferred me to someone else who said that I was locked in. I couldn't cancel. This is a scam. I had to close my credit card.
