Reservations Stays is a legit website, BUT you cannot cancel or modify your reservations, even though on their website, they say it depends on the hotel--not true. You cannot speak with anyone and the support email is automated, and will not resolve any issues, but instead choose to end/close communication when they do not want to resolve an issue. Thus, it is not worth it, if you need to make any changes whatsoever to your reservation. It's best to make reservations directly with the hotel or some other valuable/honorable site, like Hotels.com, Trivago or something like that. Reservations Site is not worth it at all!!

The hotel looked great on the booking system and we looked forward to staying there. We arrived after many hours of travelling and we're tired and hungry. To our disbelief there was no cafe or restaurant where we could just relax. The hotel is totally empty, apart from us there is one reception staff, who by the way was lovely. Maybe another 5 other staff trotting about the place, cleaning or whatever they were doing. It was just horrible to arrive into such a dead place and we felt very cheated. We booked out half an hour later as there was nothing that felt 5star. We actually ran from the place. The owner is dishonest and cheating his customers. We were told that because it was the low session, that everything was shut. Well then please shut the hotel down completely. I hope our money will be refunded and that there will at least be some honesty in that. Whatever you do, don't get fooled into booking into this hotel. Better spend your money elsewhere

Wanted to adjust reservation. No phone number to reach site. Called hotel. They were unable to help as reservation was thru this site. Person at hotel thought site may be associated with Expedia. Called expedia. They had not heard of this site. Expedia did find a phone number. Called no answer. Next day( which was too late) received an email stating reservation couldn’t be adjusted. Hotel recommended call them directly next time need reservation & will definitely do that. Was what appeared to be hotel site as pictures were of rooms we had been in with address of hotel; was apparently a pop up while was on hotel site that reservation was made.

I had to pay again for my room in hotel. So not recommended at all and I will start fighting for refund as their policy is no refund. I will share this in the gulf countries. Today morning hotel informed that they received my booking confirmation late in the night but since I already paid they provided invoice that I sent by email to helpdesk of snaptravel and I am waiting for reimbursement. Reimbursement received a week later and booking was cancelled . Damage was limited to my stay.
