The worst ever. The email gives the wrong phone number. The hotel can’t find our reservation. No one will answer the phone

Beware! I somehow got to the ReservationStays.com website direct from a Hampton Inn site and proceeded to book two nights. After confirming, we hung up and I called the hotel directly a few minutes later to confirm the booking came through only to find out they booked the wrong rooms. I cancelled the rooms with the hotel and called ReservationStays back immediately to let them know they booked the wrong rooms for me, and I needed to change or cancel, and they refused, citing "no refunds." What a bunch of bull, these people.
