Very poor customer service, Never ever book with this company. Due to hurricane impact, my flight got cancelled, hotel people says they allow modification but it has to come from the third party who made the reservation. This reservation stays people wants to loot the customer and doesn't want to modify or refund the paid amount. Stay away.

Scam is right. They represent as hardship staff. Needed to cancel took three days to actually find them as harrahs finally informed me it was not them but a third party… the email has no way to cancel so now non-refundable. Harrahs said they do not charge them either so they do this and it is predatory straight up. I am writing my attorney general as well.

Complete lack of customer service/interest. It is amazing that they can go on being in business with 90% of all reviews being 1 star - there should be a negative star rating option for companies like these. Shame on you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!! They wouldn't issue the cancellation fee to me despite having adhered to their terms! I had a gut feeling from the beginning with this company and was proved right. The 'support' service never return my emails, there is no complaints procedure and no senior staff to speak to when you call. Wish I had read all the reviews before I booked. Will be reporting to trading standards.

I was on their website, thinking it was the hotel's (my error) I went to make a reservation for November - I hit submit and that is when it flipped back to todays date (10/10) I tried to escape - stop it - and I couldn't. I called as soon as I got the email and they said it was non-refundable - I explained it was a mistake by their website and they didn't care - I asked for a supervisor and I was told they didn't have a name, or number, or anyway to transfer me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We were skeptical at first to book with Reservation Stays, but when we arrived at the Marriott in Myrtle Beach-we had no issues whatsoever checking in. And no additional fees. This company is completely legitimate. Oct 9th, 2022

Beware of using this site to make reservations. I thought I was working directly with the hotel but reservationstays.com charged me almost $200 more than the hotel charged. I did not know I had been scammed until the hotel printed out my bill. Beware of Olympia Viaggi T. O. Sri, Vicolo S. Michele. 2a, Varese 2110, the 3rd party I was told I dealt with when I made the reservation through reservationstays. com

My confirmation invoice stated that there were No further charges due on check in at the hotel. Although I booked through the Hotel's website they are saying it was a third party booking and wont refund the extra 53 Euros charged on check in. It was only when I investigated further that I discovered the invoice came from this lot. There's no contact information on reservationstays.com and Google search tells you that the company has withheld further details.
