I wish I had time to read these reviews before getting tricked into using Reservation Stays! I was traveling and needed to book a Marriott Hotel for that same day. I thought I was calling the hotel directly but got Reservation Stays. I was at the rental car station asking for a room that day. I would be traveling directly to the room. The agent kept asking question after question while I was walking and trying get the room book. I could not understand why is was so difficult to simply book a room. I made the mistake of paying for the room only to find that the agent booked me for the next day!! The hotel would not move the reservation so I had to pay for two nights. Reservation Stays were pathetic and would not reimburse me, even though they recorded the call and could clearly hear that the agent made a mistake. Don't use these guys!!!

I booked a hotel with reservation stays and found out the hotel I booked was no longer in business. I called the company multiple times and was told my complaint was being escalated and would receive a call back within 2-3 hours after my concern had been “escalated” to the right people. 3 days later, I am still the one making the phone calls. I never received a phone call, never was able to be connected with a manager. In fact, the “customer service” representative hung up on me. So…I called my credit card company and filed fraud. Now, I have my money back! Don’t book with these scammers AND call your bank if you have and are not getting a refund for a hotel that doesn’t exist.

They are a scam do not reserve with them! I have been trying to just change the date of my reservations and they refuse to change it .

CRIMINALS. FRAUDSTERS. STAY AWAY!! These people are disgusting scammers. They have myriad "ghost" webpages impersonating real hotel chains and engineered "errors" into their booking pages, for which it is impossible to cancel once transaction completes. We booked a stay and their webpage ignored our requested stay date, and instead applied the current date, making an incorrect booking. Zero customer service via some Philippines 3rd party contractor, total refusal to adjust or refund. Chased through shells to find they are in the SF area. Horrible. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not use this company; they are overpriced, and the customer service is terrible. All I needed from them was a confirmation via email, or on the receipt, that my invoice was in USD. Completely impossible for them to do. Told that they couldn't send emails; told that the manager would get back to me via email about my concern. Additionally, the booking process was very difficult.

Very unhappy. Thought I was booking directly with the hotel. My bad ... but never again. The room was booked for my daughter and granddaughter who had flown cross country as surprise guests for my mom's 100th birthday party. At check-in, there was no room available. The hotel was 'overbooked'. I was jumping out of my skin LIVID, trying to execute a surprise party, out of town guests, etc. OMG. This was ridiculous. A big problem, on short notice, that I had to solve. The hotel made an unacceptable alternative suggested booking. I told the hotel it is a horrible business relationship for them to partner with such a booking agency. We made other, marginally acceptable arrangements, and got our money back. I don't know who to be most angry with ... the booking agency, or the hotel. This system that conspires to overbook, resulting in consumer inconvenience is unacceptable. The level of service is unacceptable.

To anyone reading this.... This company is respresenting our hotel on their website illegally. They have no contract with us and no way to confirm any reservation with our establishment. Do not reserve with this company. Always best to use a worldwide known company or contact an establishment directly. DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY ON THIS PAGE. THESE KINDS OF WEBSITES ARE FRAUDULENT. We have become aware of this page as 2 reservations contact us directly stating they have a reservation with us and we tell them they do not. No official documents giving from our establishment to this company. They have no right to accept reservations on our behalf. DO NOT RESERVE HERE. CONTACT HOTELS DIRECTLY.
