If I could put a zero I would. You guys are scam artists and I'm getting the police involved. They sent me to a ghost number that just keeps ringing and ringing. I was talking with someone about why my 2 nights cost me 375 dollars??? Sturbridge Host Hotel only cost 99 a night. I booked through you jerks at 138/night. That's already 40 more than them. THEN YOU TAX ME 50 DOLLARS A NIGHT??? STATE TAX IS 3.5 PERCENT OR SOME CRAP. YOU CHARGED ME 50% TAX. THAT'S HALF A ROOM. I suggest nobody goes through this company. They scam you and take your money. They don't even let you talk to anyone to get it back. I'll keep calling. Next step is lawyers. Idc if it's 130 dollars. That's alot to me when my only income is SSI. You guys are a real piece of work.

I just read my confirmation. $171 fee for private membership! This was not once discussed or agreed to. The hotel is full and we are afraid to attempt any changes to the reservation. The agent presented herself as an IGH agent. Please beware!

Deceptive site with terrible customer service. Reservations Portal uses webpages that make one think that it's the actual hotel facility, adds extra fees and refuses to even provide adequate documentation for business customers who need the information for lodging expense reimbursement. The automated customer service menu doesn't cover such a problem. When I finally got through to a live person, he took all my information, including reservation confirmation number and the cell phone number from which the reservation was made, then claimed it didn't come through their site. I have documentation that the reservation was paid through their site. The site's email just routes one back to the same useless phone number. And since it's a third-party site, the hotel refuses to provide the requested documentation. If you are a business traveler, avoid this site.

Jut as others said, they tack on an extra $100 and if you want to cancel, it costs you 70% of the total bill. Offered to refund 10%. MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL WHEN BOOKING!!!

When I booked my hotel through reservations portal there was no itemized breakdown of extra fees that would be processed. Once purchased there was a fee that was not explained. When I called the customer service within minutes of my booking they were not helpful and would not refund me my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold for an hour and then was disconnected. After speaking with another representative, reservations portal offered me 10% back and it wasn't until I threatened to write a review that they offered me 15% back. This was still not the price of the fees. The company emailed me saying they were going to get in touch with the hotel partner and would keep in touch. This has been going on for almost a month and I've spoken to 6 different people in the meantime and they all gave me the same run around. This is something reservations portal said would be resolved in 24-48 hours which is not true. Each time reservations portal tries to reach out to the hotel partner they supposedly cannot get in touch with them. When I spoke to another person they said that I should try to contact the hotel myself and I did very easily. The hotel said they had nothing to do with this company. I also thought it was interesting that 2 phone numbers that I used to speak with representatives are now disconnected from reservations portal. Do not use reservations portal! Very suspicious!! This has still not been resolved.

They are not up front about NOT being able to cancel or change reservations until AFTER you book. DO NOT USE!

Do not book through this company, they will tack on over $100 in fees during checkout. Booked a room 7 months out and within 30 minutes of booking I called to try and cancel the reservation for refund due to the excessive fees and they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Complete scam.

Deceptive and unnecessarily expensive! I definitely thought I was dealing with the actual hotel but ended up paying 50% in booking fees on top of the room. Luckily, I eventually realized I was using a third party and I do actually have a reservation at the correct hotel...just for waaaay more than I needed to spend and basically ate up my gas money to get there. There are no services or guarantees added to the service that would justify the cost. You can actually cancel...you just can't get a refund, lol. They should be ashamed for operating as a company.
