I called two times before I arrived to…
I called two times before I arrived to ask for a room close to the lobby. The child who checked me in was a moron! He said “Oh I upgraded you seeing you are a Bonvoy member”. It was a dirty room very far! I was alone and did not want to be far! I will never stay at this hotel! I wiped the floor and the wet wipe was black! Bugs in the sink! I had room service Tuesday evening. I pushed the buzzer 3 times to pick up my food. I put it outside my door. It was still there being attacked by birds at 10 the next morning!

We were excited about this hotel…
We were excited about this hotel because of its location. The room was nice enough but there were several odd things. The bed was incredibly low…like knee level, as was the toilet (non-handicapped room). And the windows were filthy!! I’d hoped to be able to take some beautiful sunrise pictures but wasn’t really able to due to the bird poop, feathers, and spiders & webs on the windows. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I paid for a King suite and received a…
I paid for a King suite and received a a king room , and my remote for my Television didn’t work. I am at this sleep end at least twice a month for the last 3 years this was sad I usually book from a third party booking agency but when I was there in September I had a problem and the manager told me it was better to book directly with the hotel.

My bathroom had an unpleasant odor to…
My bathroom had an unpleasant odor to it from the moment I checked in, and my room was not serviced during my stay. However, the food at the bar was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

I wish the resort fees and incidentals…
I wish the resort fees and incidentals were included when I reserved and paid for the room. Didn’t really use anything at MgM except to sleep.

Check in was ok
Check in was ok. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I used some of the towels to clean the mirror in the bathroom. It was smeared with streaks of toothpaste?? Our body wash and conditioner leaked. It was replaced promptly but conditioner (in a body wash labeled container) continued to leak but didn’t bother to call again. Pool was not open for our first 2 days so we had to go over to the Linq. We were still charged what I thought was a hefty fee for not much in the way of amenities. I would not stay there again.
