ReservationsdeskReviews of reservationsdesk.com

I was trying to book a hotel where I live. I believed I was speaking to the actual hotel/resort. They booked me an unknown hotel which turns out to not even exist clear across the country. They refuse to refund me. This company needs to be held accountable.

FRAUD!!!! Completely incapable! If a zero was possible, that is what they would get. The first agent completely misrepresented himself stating he was with the hotel. Gave me a non-refundable reservation for rooms that didn't even exist! Only found this out when I tried to check in with 5 kids in tow. Spoke with Sugar the day of the reservation and she guaranteed a refund and a 30 minute call back for the confirmation of the cancellation/refund along with a text and email. I received neither. That was 48 hours ago!!! I spoke with Norma this morning and was promised a call back in '30-60 minutes maximum' and still hadn't heard after 60+minutes. Now I'm on hold withe 4th person from this pathetic 'agency', Vivienne, and have been on hold for 27+ minutes while she tries to speak with someone from 'the back desk office'. Absolutely pathetic!! And don't try to speak with management b/c all of these people have told me it doesn't exist...just some shitty 'back desk office' I'm not allow to talk with!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I googled the hotels phone number and their number popped up instead and they convinced me they were the hotel. Ending up 800$ out and non refundable. Horrible this practice can continue without any accountability. There is no refund or cancellation. Also it shows at the hotel that Expedia booked it. So they are in bed together. Boycott Expedia

They lied and would not refund me my money. I made reservations at a hotel. I was specific that I needed to get a hotel in SF that had on site secure parking, had an on site restaurant, microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in the room. I said a queen size bed would be fine. Get to the hotel and the parking is 3-4 blocks away & no on site restaurant. They had promise me a queen size bed and I got a small room the size of a box with a twin bed. No refrigerator, no microwave and no coffee pot. The place had a horriable smell to it. I have written them an email and they will not respond and I tried calling but they won’t speak with me. They kept my mo ey and will not refund my money.

They stole $4,800 of our money! They refuse to give us what we paid for and will not refund our money. They also refuse to give us their address or anything in writing.

We made a reservation at Marriot in Washington DC, thinking that we were speaking with Marriot to find out it was a third party, never revealed that they were a third party. We had to change our reservation dates so we called the Hotel and was informed that we could not change date and that it would have to be change by Third party (Reservationdesk). call Reservationdesk and was told that they could not change date, even after the Hotel stated that it could be changed by third party. This information was told by customer service they refused to change dates; we are now losing $1500 dollars. I called several times to speak with a manager and now was provided. Reservationdesk is rip off using deceptive practices. I strongly recommend not using the company. Can we all start calling new media to expose these practices.

Called a hotel in the city I was going to find one close to hospital and they gave me this number….. I thought it was the hotel when they answered reservation desk I feel so miss led lost almost 200 dollars booking ! Then I find out it is owned by Priceline, yep better watch both of them. What a nasty company to deal with!

WILL NOT REFUND VOUCHER Our company Administrative Assistant did an online reservation for 2 company members coming into town. We reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights each. Plans changed and they only needed 2 rooms. I called the 800 number on the reservation confirmation to be answered by Sebastian, who said he'd need to issue a voucher refund in order to make the new reservation. Done. When the employees checked in, the hotel said they had a total of 4 rooms with 8 people for varying stays. I called the 800 number again, who started telling me my reservation was nonrefundable and it was already refunded with a voucher. After at least 15 emails, there is still no refund to my card. The email (person or bot) is pretending not to understand the issue.
