If I had the option to give them negative star, I would. Apparently I was not the only person getting in the trap booking a hotel room without knowing that this website is only a third party. I thought I was booking on the hotel website. I got charged extra hidden fee. Once I found out I chose the wrong checkin date, I called them multiple times to ask for their help to change the date but they kept pushing it to the hotel and suggested me to cancel the booking. Clearly they tried to earn non-refund cancellation fee. Luckily the hotel accepts to change the checkin date for me. Not sure why such a company can exist legally. Lesson learnt. I will check 10 times next time I book a hotel. Please be cautious when you see the phrase ‘Reservation Desk’!!!

Super questionable website: they charged me, but didn't send me a confirmation email and when I called to get one, they "couldn't find" my reservation. Their customer service was also very disrespectful.

when we booked a reservation... we didn't know it was a third party... they did not tell us it was non refundable and they didn't even book it properly with the hotel.... when I called and verified that it wasn't even booked... they refuse to cancel and said I need to wait for an answer another week..... This is awful and nobody should book with them,

The same as everyone on here, they create a fake website that looks like you are calling the actual hotel. They DO NOT disclose that they are a third party! When you ask for an invoice at the end of your stay, the credit card information is different and the price is lower. When you call them, they will refuse to refund. CHECK THE WEBSITE BEFORE YOU CALL!!!!

Booked 2-day stay at Stagecoach Inn & Suites in Dubois WY. Got a confirmation text and email. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation. The front desk asked to see the confirmation and showed no reservation on their system. I was asked for the text and showed the front desk. They worked with me to get a room (happily they had one) for the rate shown by the confirmation. They mentioned having issues with Reservation Desk. Tripadvisor reviews listed at least one other reference to failed reservation process. Don't use Reservation Desk, call hotel directly.

Do not use the reservation desk. Not trustworthy at all. I thought I was booking directly with the Windrift Hotel when I made the reservation. I was assured that the reservation was 100% refundable. I called back the same day to cancel the reservation and was informed that the processing of the refund would take 24-48 hours. After 24 hours, I called to confirm the refund was being processed and was informed it would now take 5-7 days!!! WHAT? I asked to speak to a manager and was told I cannot.

This company is a total scam I thought I was speaking with the actual hotel, they answered the phone Westin Hotel then when they sent me the confirmation I see its a third party no refunds which I was never informed of with a bunch of extra fees attached. I contacted the hotel and they can't touch their reservations. My credit card company reversed the bad fees however now I cant cancel my room. The whole reason I called the hotel directly to set up was so I could possibly cancel if not needed anymore. I don't see how not informing people they are talking to a different company or telling them if they cancel they get no money back is leagal??

I have never written a negative review before in my life, but my experience with this company was extraordinarily unpleasant. I booked a motel room over the phone, was quoted a price, ensured that the price included all taxes and fees. Then, received an email confirming the booking- but with over 32$ in taxes and fees added to the price I was told. Called to cancel as soon as I got email, was told I could not cancel- they have a no cancellation policy. I explained that I felt entirely entitled to cancel since they lied to me about pricing. Customer service agent was totally unhelpful, I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager- was told I could not. Called my credit card company and told them to dispute any and all charges from Reservation Desk. I cannot believe they feel like I should pay a cancellation fee when they lied to me.
