This company pretended to be United Airlines in changing my airline reservations which should have been a free change but then charged me $267.39 for the change. United airlines stated I should not have been charged.

This company is a SCAM!!! The representative Chavis scammed my 90 year old mother and me out of $422.90 when the room charge was only $215.00 In addition he processed the charge without reviewing the information properly. He ran thru the reservations speaking with horrible articulation and extremely fast. Only to find out HE WAS THE ONE THE BOOKED THE WRONG HOTEL!!! I asked him numerous times about the location. how close was it to the beach. how far was it from the Carnival ship. How far was it from the airport. All the time saying South Beach. Yet he booked Auburn NY. The worst part is I asked for a confirmation email to confirm the booking before we charged it. He sent the wrong booking to the wrong email INTENTIONALLY!!! I gave him the correct spelling using words for the letters so there is no reason for him to have gotten the email address incorrect. He did that intentionally to buy time for the charge to be processed without our authorization. FRAUD!! I don't know if he gets paid on the amount of bookings he does in a day but there is no way he could have made that by mistake. They don't even sound the same. Also when I asked what the final charge was he said its in the email instead of telling me the details. THIS MAN SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Lord knows how many people he has done this to especially being a senior. What is worse is my mother had to cancel her card because if it were fraud he had all her card information. What is to say he didn't write it down on a separate piece of paper. So now my mother is without a credit card for 10 days and has to call the card company back in 10 days to dispute the charge. More aggravation for a senior that wasn't necessary. Her blood pressure is high and all the fun we had hope to have booking her 90th Bday getaway was RUINED!!! RESERVATION DESK YOU NEED TO FIRE THIS PERSON AND AUDIT THEM BETTER BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It makes be believe that this is acceptable and part of your Corporate DNA!!! IF SO I will make it my mission to make certain a class action lawsuit is taken against you seeing how you don't care. I will await your reply! TO THE HOTELS THAT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS.... THIS IS A REFLECTION OF YOU AS WELL!!! PLEASE DROP THEM AS YOUR BOOKING COMPANY!!! Peace P.S. I won't even give them one star but I had to because I wouldn't get this page. That is how awful they are!!! I am calling their fraud department next!

Itinerary was for Aircrest Motel, Port Angeles, WA. prepaid, but called and cancelled due to Covid illness. Support person said, Send email letter and request refund. I sent 2 letters and mane phone calls. I was always put on hold and no one ever spoke to me again or returned my emails. F R A U D U L E N T business. NEVER use !!!!!

MY itinerary number 14247804397. I called to make reservation thinking I was contacting the hotel. I went through most of the information with agent when the line went dead. No one called back so I called again and was told there was no information on file. the confirmation email states that I was booked for 3 queen beds . I got to hotel and was told it was made for 2 queen beds I called on August 12 to report the incident as the hotel told me there was approximately $100 difference between the 2 and 3 queen bed room. Representation was not able to answer the question so she was referring to higher up and would email me with answer. To date I have not received anything . As a customer I am entitled to an answer. I will not recommend your services nor will I ever use you again

This is my situation with ReservationDesk: This is an email I just re-sent: Reservation of Itinerary No. 9056111791982 Heather Mead 12:22 (10 minutes ago) to support Heather Mead 23 Jun 2024, 16:07 (4 days ago) Reply to support I booked my hotel room through your reservation desk at the Fort McMurray airport and arrived 2 hours later at the hotel to find that there was no reservation booked by you. My Visa was charged for the room booked through you. I was just told by your agent that I cannot get a refund because it is against the hotel's cancellation policy. There is no cancellation policy from the hotel because there was absolutely no record of the reservation I had booked through you.I am asking for proof of payment to the hotel. The Merit Hotel in Fort McMurray AB did not receive payment from you. I have reached out to you 4 times. The first 3 times I called you, the agent said that the refund had been processed. I just spent over an hour with another agent this afternoon who informed me that there is no refund. What I need from you is a detailed description of how my reservation was handled and proof of payment from you to the hotel. I have asked for a receipt for my room charges but your agent was unable to provide me any information. I will assume that I will receive a prompt response from you. Sincerely, Heather Mead (204) 647-7729 This is the second request I have sent. My reply sent from them: Hello heather mead, Thank you again for contacting us regarding your Merit Hotel & Suites reservation. We have reviewed your inquiry, checked our records, and made a request to our hotel partners on your behalf to obtain approval for a refund exception. Unfortunately, we have been informed by our hotel partner that a refund will not be granted due to the cancellation policy that was provided and agreed upon at the time of booking. We value you as a customer and apologize that we are not able to offer your desired resolution at this time. Should you need further assistance, please respond to this email and a member of our Escalations Team will take good care of you. It was a pleasure assisting you with your request. Regards, ReservationDesk Hotel confirms that they have had no correspondence or contact with reservationdesk. Also, that is not the hotel return policy. This still an ongoing issue. Will never use this site again nor would I recommend it to others.
