As a follow up to everyone here. This is who operates this company. This is the address to write to them and to use for filing complaints with the FTC and Utah Consumer Afairs Travel Pass Group LLC 4700 W Daybreak Pwky #100N South Jordan, UT. 84009 801-562-4555 FTC Report Fraud report fraud.ftc.gov In 2017 the Federal Trade Commission took action against them which required them to stop misrepresenting themselves as hotel affiliates Clearly they are still doing that so if everyone here did what I’m going to do then maybe we can get some restitution.

This Booking Agency is mis-leading, deceptive, coercive. The added 80% of fees and taxes to a Vancouver BC short rental booking. Worse still, they advised the rental price as the accommodation and then unknowingly to us, before we confirmed the booking to process, infact while I was actively question the total charge was unacceptable, they proceeded regardless and charged the total fee to our card. They then refused to explain the Fees and Taxes (which are fixed in BC) and refused to refund the total. Have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Agency with BC who will likely go after the Accommodation Supplier! Have also lodge a formal Complaint with the Consumer Agency in Utah. Dont go anywhere near this fraudulent organisation. BEWARE!

This agency had a site up that mimic'd IGH hotels, including the SAME logo. When I called to make a reservation, I even asked if it was IGH hotels, of which I am a member. They said that they were the reservation desk for the hotel. I made a reservation, and when I discovered they were not who they pretended to be, I could not get out of my reservation. THEY are SCAM artists. Someone should go after them! BE aware of this site who pretends to be real hotels. They will charge far more in fees than you would ever pay via the real hotel website. Liars thieves and scam artists who spoof websites they don't reveal who they are really are and take money and don't return it

My partner and I were lead to believe we were reserving a room directly with the Comfort Inn since their number was on what appeared to be the Comfort Inn website. When we booked, we were never told about a $17.99 booking fee, nor that the payment for the room was non-refundable. When we had to cancel our booking just before our arrival due to sickness as we were visiting someone who is 91 years old and has cancer, they spent about 2 months before telling my partner that we were out of pocket and there was nothing they could do to refund us money, in part because the Comfort Inn would not refund them the money. When I learned we never got the refund, I called the Comfort Inn today and they told me they would have refunded the money. Reservation Desk will do anything and say anything for money. They have no moral scruples! Stay away from them at all costs!

After one week of conflict. This is a company to stay away from....Terrible service, false claims and illegal policies-procedures. They violated my request for a reservation cancellation that was property implemented under California SB 644 that gives you a 24 hour penalty free cancellation window for a booking without penalty IF the reservation is made ≥72 hours before check in. Additionally, completed run around with no one claiming supervisory role with authority and responsibility. I have escalated to Visa, the hotel company and to Expedia that subcontracts to Reservation Desk.....stay away from Reservation Desk

Don't ever use this company. They look like they are affiliated with the hotel but turns out they are a 3rd party and a crappy one as well. Not only did they not book the 3 days I wanted they booked 1 day on the WRONG day! When I called back to tell them their mistake I was told they would have to listen to the recorded call. I was happy that they would do that as they would hear their mistake. Turns out they have offered no evidence and refused to refund my money. My credit card at first reversed the charges but then took their word of mouth and recharged me. I am still in dispute because I want those recorded calls ( which we all know will never appear). Don't ever use this company TOTAL SCAM!!!!
