ReservationsdeskReviews of reservationsdesk.com

Why are these people allowed to do this, they pretended to be the Hilton, they quoted me a number that is NOT what they charged me. This is a third party that poses at the hotel and upcharges and LIES directly to your face. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.

Horrible customer service Customer service at this company is horrible. My room booking was $350 and I was charged $243 in taxes. I have been trying to get them to explain these tax charges and they have no answer, except to say it's because of a third party. DO NOT trust them !!

I have never experienced such a fraud. I called to book a hotel closer to my destination but did not want to book until I found out if I had options and also if I could cancel. I would never book a second hotel without knowing for certain if I could cancel. When I called they said, oh I see you have an existing reservation with one of the hotels in our group. I can help you cancel that hotel for a refund AND it’s even a cheaper rate so I will get money refunded to my credit card. I said are you sure? He assured me and even gave me my confirmation number from my existing reservation!! stupidly trusted him, went through the process, booked a second hotel for the same night and then he says now I’ll transfer you to my colleague to process your refund. I get transferred was told no way could I receive a refund as it was non refundable. I’m irate! After that I’ve emailed, called, day after day and I’m denied. I paid nearly $1K for a hotel I never stayed at and would NEVER have booked a new reservation (which then was non refundable!) if I hadn’t been lied to by this representative. He’s the one that told me about my other reservation - I was calling another hotel to simply ask options - never intended to go through with booking if I couldn’t cancel. This is the most awful company that should be shut down and hotels that are represented by them should be ashamed.

Why is the company still in business?? I thought I was calling the hotel directly. They are a scam company out of "Central America" and billed way above the hotel price and double the tax/fees listed on the receipts and now stating more is due when I arrive. I will be adding to this scam business ripping people off pretending they are the hotel. There is definately a language barrier explaining as well.

Stay AWAY! Its a SCAM

I wanted to book a reservation directly with the hotel I was considering and didn't realize at first that I'd been directed to "reservation desk". There was an $18/night service charge that when I hovered on it, said "services include 24/7 human support". That caught my attention - weird wording - sounds foreign, likely scam. Looked more closely - the taxes were quite high as well. I went to booking.com and got the same room for $30 less per night. Stay away from this site.

SCAM!!! I booked a hotel online with them in Panama City and once I arrived to the hotel they had no booking for me at all. So this company completely took the money and now I have no way to get a refund!!!!!!
